Study for HONORS
DIPLOMA The Honors Diploma is designed to enhance
academic preparation and challenge students through more rigorous course
work.
A 3.50 GPA, weighted and rounded to the nearest hundredth
is required, in addition to the COLLEGE PREPARATORY DIPLOMA REQUIREMENTS
with no course failures during the last two years, for the Honors Diploma |
Course of Study
for COLLEGE PREPARATORY
DIPLOMA To earn a
college prep high school diploma, students must meet the academic requirements
of the California state board of education.. The State of California Department
of Education requires English: mathematics, including algebra; social
science, including U.S. history and government, world history and culture,
geography and economics; science, including biology and physical science;
physical education; and foreign language or visual and performing arts
courses. |
Course of Study for GENERAL
DIPLOMA
To earn a GENERAL DIPLOMA students must complete 3 years
of math, 4 years of high school English, 4 years of social studies, 2
years of laboratory science |
Course of Study for VOCATIONAL
DIPLOMA
To earn a VOCATIONAL DIPLOMA students must complete 2 years
of math, 3 years of high school English, 3 years of social studies, 2 years
of science |

22 on the ACT or 1000 for the Critical Reading and Math Scores
combined on the SAT.
